All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, ​​Spain. Some orders for America can be shipped from Panama, Miami or Colombia.

We offer a 14-day return policy. When the product has arrived at the facilities of the Returns Department, they will be in charge of verifying that the Watch returns in the same conditions in which it was delivered (packaging, protections and plastics). If everything is correct, an email will be sent to the client with the confirmation of the refund of the amount that will be effective within a period of 10 business days.
