We offer a 14-day return policy. Once the product has arrived at the Returns Department, it will be inspected to ensure that the watch is returned in the same condition as it was delivered (packaging, protections, and plastic coverings). If everything is correct, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the refund, which will be processed within 10 business days.
