AUTHORIZED ONLINE PURCHASE

For items purchased online, our warranty is two years from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair your watch if the defect is covered by warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship in watch components only (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands and indices) under normal conditions of use. Other components or areas not included in the above are not covered by this warranty.

For more warranty information or to activate warranty service, please email service@timeforcewatch.com . Please specify your full name, address and order number references (if purchased through our website) and a detailed description of the problem.

Please note that repairs/replacements will not be processed under the warranty in the following cases:

- Damage caused by improper use or carelessness (dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or customization
- Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear, or aging occurrences (light scratches, color changes to the case or strap, peeling of the coating)
- If proof of purchase is not available (invoice with name, date of sale, reference and place of purchase of the watch)
- Battery change
- If your watch is from the reference prior to TF4999
- If your watch has been purchased through from unauthorized portals (Privalia, VeePee, Amazon, eBay, Fashion Days, etc).

BUY IN AUTHORIZED STORE

For items purchased from our stores or retailers, please submit your request directly to the store where you made the purchase. Our warranty is two years from the date of purchase. The retailer will replace or repair your watch if the defect is covered by the warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship only in the watch itself (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands and indices) under normal conditions of use. Parts other than the above are not covered under warranty.

Please note that repairs/replacements will not be processed under warranty in the following cases:

- Damage caused due to misuse or neglect (dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
- Failure or damage caused by unreasonable repair or customization
- Cosmetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear, or occurrences of aging (light scratches, case or strap color changes, coating peeling)
- If proof of purchase is not available (invoice with name, date of sale, reference and place of purchase of the watch)
- Battery change
- Your watch is from the reference prior to TF4999
